Cancellation Policy – Dash Glasses

At Dash Glasses, we understand that plans can change. Our simple cancellation policy is designed to help you make adjustments as easily as possible.

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at [support@dashglasses.in] with your order number.

  • Orders Already Shipped:
    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refer to our Return or Replacement Policy (if applicable) after the product is delivered.

  • Customized Orders:
    Orders that include custom lenses or personalized features cannot be canceled once processing has begun, as these items are specifically made for you.

  • Refund Process:
    For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Same-Day Dispatch Orders:
    Orders placed with a same-day or express dispatch option cannot be canceled once confirmed.
