Shipping Policy – Dash Glasses (India)

At Dash Glasses, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India. Please review our shipping policy for Indian orders:

Processing Time

• Custom Orders:
  All Dash Glasses products are made-to-order based on your preferences. Please allow 7–10 working days for processing before dispatch.

• Orders with Customized Lenses:
  Lens crafting may take approximately 10–14 working days.
  Please allow an additional 5 working days for shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Timeline

• Free Standard Shipping:
  Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹7,000.

• Shipping Fee for Orders Below ₹7,000:
  A flat shipping fee of ₹500 will apply.

• Estimated Delivery Time:
  Delivery will take 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may take longer, depending on courier service availability.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive real-time tracking updates via email/SMS.

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order confirmation. We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order is confirmed.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

Customs & Duties

Domestic orders within India are not subject to customs or import duties.
