Return/ Refund Policy

Replacement Policy:

DashGlasses offers a straightforward product replacement policy under the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product. This video serves as essential proof for any product-related issues.

  • Replacement Timeline: Requests for replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery. A small delivery fee of ₹120 (subject to pin code) will apply.

  • Eligibility for Replacement:

    • If the product is received damaged or defective, the issue must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

    • If the product is malfunctioning, a replacement will be arranged within 7 days of delivery.

    • If the product differs from the listed description/specifications, it must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.

Once the issue is validated by our team (within 24 hours of receiving the product), an approved replacement will be shipped. Please ensure the complete package, including accessories, is intact and ready for pickup.

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds, only replacements under the conditions stated above.


Cancellation Policy:

DashGlasses has a flexible cancellation policy with the following conditions:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed and dispatched.

  • Same Day Delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Products bought during limited-time offers or promotions cannot be canceled.


Pricing Policy:

  • All product prices listed on DashGlasses are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and fully refund the customer.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are listed in INR. International customers will be responsible for any applicable exchange rates or bank charges.


Payment Security:

  • DashGlasses uses SSL encryption to ensure secure and safe online transactions.

  • Payments are processed in real-time via trusted payment gateways.

  • We do not store any credit/debit card details.


Warranty Policy:

Warranty terms may vary by product. Please refer to individual product pages or contact our support team for details.

  • Covered by Warranty:

    • Manufacturing defects leading to product malfunction.

    • Product must be in good physical condition, with no signs of rough use.

    • An unboxing video is required for any warranty claim.

  • Not Covered by Warranty:

    • Physical damage, water/moisture exposure, or overheating.

    • Mishandling, misuse, or general wear and tear.

    • Products in visibly poor condition at the time of the claim.

    • Only one replacement is allowed under warranty. The replacement product is not eligible for a second warranty claim.

    • Customers are responsible for a ₹120 shipping fee for the replacement item, subject to pin code serviceability.

    • In some locations, self-return may be required if pickup services are unavailable, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.


Legal & Jurisdiction:

Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
